Where are you based and how far will you travel for clients?
We are based in Myrtle Beach, but will travel from Little River on the north end, to Georgetown in the south end, and go west of the Waccamaw River into Conway. Really, we will travel anywhere upon request.
How large of a party can you accommodate?
We have a fleet of six seven-passenger minivans and can accommodate large groups of up to 20.
What kind of services do you provide?
We can guide you on a customized sightseeing tour and act as your concierge; give you a ride to or from Myrtle Beach International Airport; take you to any of the many theatres, attractions, amusements, cultural venues or shopping districts in town; pick you up and make sure you get to any non-emergency medical visits, dialysis treatments, outpatient surgeries and hospital checkouts; transport your most precious cargo (children, close friends or relatives) directly to their destination; help finish errands, like groceries; cater to your group outings – from golf trips to parties and special events.
How many drivers do you employ?
The number of our drivers varies – from eight to 10.
Do you have any female drivers on staff?
Yes, we currently have two female drivers, available upon request for those female passengers who prefer that.
What are your rates?
We follow our Best Route policy, which means you will only be charged the fairest cab fare during your time of service with City Cab. But as far as a rate, we strictly follow City of Myrtle Beach regulations of a $1.50 drop rate and $2.80 per mile.
What kind of vehicles do you have in your fleet and how often are they maintained?
Each of our fleet of six vans are mechanically inspected annually and regularly maintained every 10 to 14 days. A vehicle tune-up is performed every 30 days.
